Monthly free co-working day today, this time at CoTribe.

I didn't get to talk to people as much as I normally like to on these days because I had some urgent rental property work to sort out. However I still enjoyed getting out and seeing people; hopefully the other ten or so people attending also had a good day.

I managed to get some long overdue marketing/sales emails sent for PaTMa (and got two replies back with one resulting in a booked meeting). :-)

Largest use of time (about 6 hours spread out over the day) today though has been work on adding AST contract generation to PaTMa. Currently in beta and only accessible by me! But working and it's generated the contract I've sent to my new tenants. Digital signatures will be a minor addition tomorrow then a bit more testing, a few extra options and it will be ready for wider release.
