Plus a housebuilder in trouble. I follow the housing market around Redhill fairly closely and found it fascinating to watch it really dip towards the end of 2017, with prices definitely going down; then bounce back plus some as the weather started to pick up early in 2018. Now it's much harder to read though, properties coming onto the market are starting with very varied pricing and also selling/hanging around apparently randomly. I'm really looking forward to getting time to build some statistical analysis into PaTMa.
Really, I should be using my short computer time today to finish off the PaTMa leaflet I've been working on, oh well.
